The management consist of Robert and Marsha Mahan who have been successfully managing the Brosnan properties as well as their own Property Management Company since 1998. Robert and Marsha have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years and manage houses, duplexes and condominiums throughout South San Francisco.

Tony has worked in construction, painting and maintenance for the Brosnans since 1995.
There will never be a stranger in your unit without a member of the management or staff present. Most of our repairs are done in-house usually the same day they are called in and if not within a short period of time.
That's it! Just the four of us, along with some college kids we hire in the summer to help with exterior painting.
